To enhance this year’s Rising Phoenix celebration, we will be introducing a Digital Phoenix Mosaic Experience for all guests.

A digital mosaic is a large piece of artwork created from hundreds of individual photos. As guests take photos throughout the event, each image becomes a small tile that combines with others to form a larger picture. By the end of the evening, all of the photos come together to reveal a stunning phoenix mosaic, symbolizing unity, resilience, and the collective spirit of the nurses being honored.

Photos will automatically be pulled from the different photo experiences throughout the event, including:

• The Vogue Photo Booth

• The Flower Wall Photo Booth

• The Roaming Photo Booth photographer

Every photo captured during these activations can contribute to the mosaic wall, allowing guests to see their images become part of the larger artwork in real time.

In addition, guests will have the option to participate using their own phones. A QR code will be available at the event, allowing anyone to quickly upload photos directly to the mosaic from their device. Once scanned, guests can submit photos taken anywhere during the celebration.

This also allows friends, colleagues, and supporters who may not be physically present to still be part of the experience. Anyone with access to the QR code can upload a photo from anywhere in the world and contribute to the growing phoenix mosaic.

As more images are added, the phoenix becomes more defined, creating a powerful visual representation of the theme “Together We Rise.”

At the conclusion of the event, the completed mosaic can be shared digitally and preserved as a lasting visual memory of the celebration.
